Dan Liljeberg has operated Realcorp since 2010. Before that Dan was a partner at Catella Property Group and an employee of Carnegie Investment Bank. Dan has worked with corporate finance for 20 years, both ECM and Debt, mainly in the construction and real estate sector. For example, Dan has participated in a large number of listings, distributions and public takeovers of construction and real estate companies on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and larger capital raisings. In recent years, the focus has been on marketing a large variety of debt financings, mainly for Nordic companies.
